3.1 Overview
EZAi (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist businesses, entrepreneurs, and marketers in generating content through Artificial Intelligence (AI). The platform offers a range of services intended to simplify and accelerate the content creation process, including but not limited to text for social media posts, blog articles, SEO titles, video scripts, and more.
3.2 Service Components
(a) Templates: EZAi offers over 60 pre-made templates that guide users in generating specific types of content.
(b) Customization: Users have the option to input unique data points, such as keywords or short phrases, which the AI then utilizes to generate customized content.
(c) User Dashboard: A centralized interface that allows users to manage, edit, and track their generated content.
(d) Analytics and Reporting: Where applicable, EZAi provides analytical data and insights related to the performance of the generated content.
3.3 Content Generation Process
Users may generate content by choosing a template, inputting necessary information, and allowing the AI to process and produce the requested content. The generated content is then available for review, editing, and use according to the user’s needs.
3.4 Content Quality and Limitations
While EZAi strives for accuracy and usefulness, the AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be free of errors, inaccuracies, or fit for a specific purpose. It is the user’s responsibility to review and modify the generated content as necessary.
3.5 Service Availability
EZAi aims to provide continuous availability but does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, as maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur.
3.6 Technical Support
EZAi offers technical support to users through various channels, including but not limited to email support, FAQs, and tutorial videos.
3.7 Future Modifications
EZAi reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features, and otherwise alter the service at any time without prior notice.
3.8 Third-Party Integrations
EZAi may offer integrations with third-party platforms. However, EZAi is not responsible for the functionality or availability of third-party services.
3.9 Restrictions
Users are not permitted to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Registration and Accounts
4.1 Account Eligibility
To use the EZAi platform, users must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent. Users are not permitted to use the platform if their accounts have been previously suspended or removed by EZAi for any reason.
4.2 Account Creation
(a) Sign-Up: Users can create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password, or by connecting through a third-party account, such as Google or Facebook.
(b) Email Verification: To confirm the genuineness of the provided email address, EZAi will send a verification code to the user’s email. Users are required to enter this code on the platform to complete the registration process.
4.3 Account Security
(a) Password Management: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and are liable for all activities that occur under their account.
(b) Unauthorised Access: Users must immediately notify EZAi of any unauthorised use of their accounts or any other breaches of security.
4.4 Account Information
(a) Accuracy: Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
(b) Profile Management: Users can review, update, or correct their account information via their user App profile settings area.
4.5 Account Types
(a) Free Credits Offer: EZAi provides new users with 5,000 free credits to test the service. Once these credits are exhausted, users will encounter a paywall and must select a paid plan to continue using the app’s features.
(b) Pro Accounts: Users have the option to upgrade to a Pro Account, which provides unlimited content creation and the ability to manage unlimited projects. The fees and payment conditions for Pro Accounts are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
4.6 Account Termination
(a) By User: Users may terminate their accounts at any time through the account settings.
(b) By EZAi: EZAi reserves the right to suspend, disable, or delete user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.
4.7 Data Retention and Deletion
Upon account termination, EZAi will retain user data for a period defined by applicable laws or as described in the Privacy Policy. Users may request data deletion in accordance with EZAi’s Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Subscription to Paid Plans
By opting for a Pro Account or any other paid plan that EZAi offers, you agree to pay the fees as specified in the associated plan details.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment platforms. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for updating it as necessary.
5.3 Billing Cycle
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are billed on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle specified at the time of your subscription.
5.4 Price Changes
EZAi reserves the right to modify the pricing of its paid plans at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to continue with your subscription or cancel it.
5.5 Refunds

5.6 Late Payments
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account. Late fees may also be applied according to legal requirements.

(b) Content Types: The types of content you can post may include, but are not limited to, articles, images, videos, and other creative works.
7.2 Permissions
(a) License Grant: By making your content available on the EZAi platform, you grant EZAi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services within the platform. EZAi will not distribute, reproduce, or publicly display your content outside of the EZAi platform.
(b) Sub-Licensing: This license does not grant EZAi the right to sub-license your content to third parties unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement between you and EZAi.
7.3 Your Responsibility
(a) Content Integrity: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and legality of your content.
(b) Compliance: You must ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as any guidelines or policies provided by EZAi.
7.4 Removal of User Content
(a) Deletion by User: You have the option to remove your content by deleting it from your account. This will also revoke EZAi’s license to use the deleted content.
(b) Retention: Note that copies of your content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period and as required by law, but they will not be available to others.
7.5 Ownership of Intellectual Property
(a) User Content: Intellectual property rights in your uploaded content will remain your own or the property of their respective owners.
(b) User-Created Content: Users retain all intellectual property rights in the content they create using EZAi’s Services. While EZAi facilitates the creation of this content, we cannot guarantee that the content generated is free of copyright or royalty obligations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
(c) Respect for Intellectual Property: Both parties agree to respect each other’s intellectual property rights and to use the content only as permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Usage Requirements
(a) You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner.
(b) You agree not to:

9. Disclaimers

EZAi expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
(b) No Guarantee on Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, EZAi makes no guarantees or warranties concerning the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content generated by the Service. Users are responsible for verifying the content’s suitability for their intended purposes.
(c) Availability: EZAi does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason without notice or liability.
(d) No Reliance: You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk and that you will not rely solely on the content generated for critical decision-making without consulting primary or more accurate, more complete, or timelier sources of information.
(e) Limitation on AI Capabilities: While our Service employs advanced AI algorithms to assist in content creation, these algorithms are not infallible and may produce content that is incorrect, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific needs.
(f) Third-Party Links and Resources: The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. EZAi is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any linked sites or material. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by EZAi of the site or any association with its operators.
(g) User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.
(h) Legal Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
(a) General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
(b) Cap on Liability: EZAi’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to your use of the Services, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to EZAi for the Service in the last 12 months, or, if you have not paid any fees, one hundred US dollars ($100).
(c) No Liability for Third-Party Services and Content: EZAi will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by any services or goods provided by third parties, including other users, advertisers, or vendors.
(d) Force Majeure: EZAi shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, earthquake, flood, or other cause beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, any mechanical, electronic, or communications failure).
(e) User Content: EZAi is not liable for any damages or losses related to your own content or any content generated through the AI algorithms. You are solely responsible for the generated content and the implications of using or publishing it.
(f) Disclaimer of Certain Damages: You understand and agree that EZAi is not liable for any loss or damage in connection with or arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
(g) Legal Fees and Expenses: In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred.
(h) Acknowledgment: By using the Service, you acknowledge that the limitations and exclusions of liability set forth in this section are reasonable and that they will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms and Conditions is found to have failed its essential purpose.
11. Termination
(a) Right to Terminate: EZAi reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your account and access to the Services, without notice, for conduct that EZAi believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Service, EZAi, third parties, or for any other reason.
(b) User Termination: You may terminate your account and cease use of the Service at any time by following the account termination process outlined on the EZAi platform.
(c) Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted by EZAi will terminate. In the event of account termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees or unused credits, if applicable. Your content may also be irretrievably deleted, and EZAi will not be responsible for the loss of such content.
(d) Data Retention: EZAi may retain your data for a certain period following termination in compliance with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After this period, all of your data will be deleted.
(e) Notification: Except as may be expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the termination of your account may be with or without prior notice to you, and EZAi shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or your access to the Service.
(f) Survival: Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination of these Terms and Conditions shall survive termination. By way of example, all of the following will survive termination: any obligation you have to pay us or indemnify us, any limitations on our liability, any terms regarding ownership or intellectual property rights, and terms regarding disputes between us.
(g) Reactivation: Should you wish to reactivate your account after a termination, account reactivation is at the sole discretion of EZAi and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
12. Governing Law
(a) Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Services provided by EZAi, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom.
(b) Jurisdiction: You agree that the courts in Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Service, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
(c) Local Laws: You are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. The United Kingdom law will take precedence in the event of any conflict between UK law and local law.
(d) Dispute Resolution: Should there be a dispute, parties agree first to attempt in good faith to resolve it by negotiation and mutual agreement between them promptly. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute by negotiation, either party may start the formal legal process.
(e) Legal Fees: In the event of a dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and costs, in addition to any other relief it may be awarded.
(f) International Users: If you are accessing the Services from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction as well as these Terms and Conditions.
