1. Introduction

Welcome to the Table Tennis Leagues App (“the App”), operated by EZAI LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

  • 6.5 Use the App for any unauthorised or illegal purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any comments or content at any time at our sole discretion, without notice.

7. Content Ownership and Licenses

  • 7.1 User Content: You retain all rights to the content you post or upload to the App (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content within the App for the purpose of providing the services and as otherwise permitted by these Terms.
    We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or edit User Content, and we may remove or delete any User Content at any time at our sole discretion, without notice.
  • 7.2 Our Content: We own all rights to the App, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos (“Our Content”). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Our Content without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • 8.1 All intellectual property rights in the App and related services are owned by EZAI LTD.
  • 8.2 Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.

9. Payments and Fees

  • 9.2 All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • 10.3 Data is stored on secure servers located in the United States of America (USA) using Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is compliant with GDPR.
  • 10.4 We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption and secure login protocols.
  • 10.5 In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and, where applicable, the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours.

11. Disclaimers

  • 11.1 The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • 11.2 We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • 11.3 We are not responsible for any content posted by users or third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • 12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZAI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
  • 12.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZAI LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

  • 14.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • 14.2 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

16. Dispute Resolution

  • 16.1 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation.
  • 16.2 If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
  • 16.3 If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules.

17. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.

18. Miscellaneous

  • 18.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • 18.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EZAI LTD regarding the use of the App.
  • 18.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
